Napoli are ready to make a new bid to Brighton for Billy Gilmour for €12m plus bonuses, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Their initial bid was in the region of €9.5m but was quickly reject by the Premier League club last week.
Gianluca Di Marzio, the famous journalist is confident that there will be a new offer. And it will be improved to 12 million euros plus performance-related bonuses.

Another thing Antonio Conte’s side need to do is open up space in midfield. Potentially with Jens Cayute or Gianluca Gaetano available.
Of the two, Gaetano appears more likely to move, having previously loaned out to Cagliari.
Gilmour has made 30 senior appearances for Scotland and is part of their Euro 2024 squad.
A former Rangers and Chelsea player. He was previously loan out to Norwich before moving to Brighton for £8.3m in September 2022.
Conte already knew Gilmour from their youth set-up at Chelsea, with Conte sacked in 2018 and Gilmour leaving Stamford Bridge permanently in 2022.
Meanwhile, Napoli are considering a move for Frosinone defensive midfielder Marco Bresciaini, unrelated to the Gilmour deal.
